About these terms
These terms apply to the website www.configdar.com and to the ConfigDar services offered by CONFIGDAR LTDA, CNPJ 48.480.998/0001-03 ("ConfigDar"). The use of the services by a developer is also governed by the agreement signed with them, which prevails over these terms.
The services
ConfigDar provides software for apartment finishes personalization: a Portal for developers, a buyer website for each building, and the documents generated from buyers' choices.
Accounts
Developers are responsible for the people they give access to and for keeping sign-in details safe. Buyers access only their own apartment.
Developers' content and data
Developers keep all rights to their content (catalog, finishes, prices, logos) and are responsible for its accuracy, for the prices and conditions offered to buyers, and for the contracts signed with them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services to break the law, to access data that is not yours, to disrupt the services or to send spam.
Availability
We work to keep the services available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. [Service levels, if any, as agreed in the contract.]
